On iPhone in iCloud, on Android in Google Drive. Either way it's your own account's storage, and Weple can't see the files. A separate backup is also kept on the phone.

Install Weple Money on the new phone and restore a backup from Settings › Backup & Restore. When switching between iPhone and Android, follow Changing phones.

It is replaced with the contents of the backup. If you've written anything on this phone, back it up first.

Calendar, smart entry, screenshots, budgets, statistics, assets and backup are all free.

Multiple ledgers, foreign currencies, weekly budgets, asset flow, a yearly report, and no ads. Choose a one-time purchase, yearly or monthly.

The App Store and Google Play handle purchases separately, so Pro bought on iPhone doesn't carry over to Android. Your records can still be moved.

Subscriptions are managed by each store. On iPhone go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android go to Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

Type a name and an amount, like “Lunch 12000”, and Weple adds the category, payment method and date. Correct it once and next time it comes out right from the start.

Pick a screenshot of your card app's history and Weple reads several entries at once. Text is recognised on the phone; the image never leaves it.

No SMS permission is used. Only if you allow it, Weple reads payment notifications from card and bank apps and ignores everything else. It all stays on your phone.
